Lead the team who won an Indie Hotel Award 2019 for Best Technology Product.
Delivered a 2.5x increase in kitchen throughput with 12k deliveries from 2 hubs to 4k rooms.
Identified and implemented software for project management, BI reporting, omnichannel CX, CRM, OMS, KDS, PMS, a new website (CMS), sales pipeline, internal comms, accounting, HR, and payroll.
Oversaw a $4mm annual budget, strategic direction, fundraising, and investor communications.
Created an engaging guest experience while reducing costs, tracking KPIs, and managing priorities.
Recruited & managed the principals of technology, product, customer experience, and operations.
